First Impressions
Having taken ownership of three XML-T6's already it was a pretty safe bet when I considered bidding on this item. I was in no doubt that this red beam version would be every bit as good as the others.
The Item duely arrived modestly packaged but undamaged.
Complete with 18650 sleeve and AAA adapter, this torch is ready to go (assuming you already have the batteries!)
The build quality of this torch is fantastic. It's aluminium body is blemish free and beautifully anodised. The zoom mechanism is well made and precise. Screw fittings are well machined, lubed and fitted with O-rings.  This torch could withstand a bit of water without drowning.

Cree™ T6 LED - little red powerhouse

Testing
As expected this torch does not disappoint. For this test I used a fully charged 18650 and not the AAA option so brightness will be a smidgen less with standard batteries.
This torch features the standard Ultrafire switching modes full/half/strobe/s.o.s. and is operated with a rear clicky button. The button feels solid and heard wearing when operating.
Although the red T6 doesn't seems as bright as the normal white T6 (this could be to do with how the eye receives different colours) it still manages to fill an area with a bright full circle of red light with no spill to be seen.
Being aZoomable makes this torch brilliant at either throwing a red spot or full flood. This may be an advantage over the Ultrafire WF-501B red which has fixed focus. I plan on testing both red torches in a later post.

Full Flood

Tighter Zoom

The Garden Bush test proved quite good for this red devil

Rating ✅✅✅✅✅  5 out of 5
It's impossible not to award the highest rating for this item. Even the nit pickiest of people would struggle to bad mouth this torch.
It incredibly cheap and incredibly well made. Two statements which only seem to go together when we talk about Chinese Flashlights. Until I receive a bad one I will recommend these to anyone.
Bid and get one as cheap as £2.50 - you can't go wrong
