First Impressions
Well I was quite surprised when I first saw this come out of the air mail pouch. What a smart looking torch (I thought). It looks very well made compared to some I could mention. The aluminium used for the body is good quality. Nicely milled and finished. Overall its nicely designed and nicely executed. The Charging port along the side of the main body is protected by a rubber bung when not in use. I like the option of charging the torch directly rather than using the main battery charger all the time. Inside we find some good quality components and good quality soldering spots. By the looks of things this device could be very hard wearing with a long life (hopefully) promising.
Look! You can charge it directly. Marvellous!
Testing
It turns out that this torch throws out quite a narrow spot beam. Very bright none-the-less. It throws light a good distance with minimal spill. Easily projecting onto trees some 50ft away.

Another brilliant torch from china which defies the price you paid for it. I have yet to be sent a bad one of these. The quality control department at this factory seems top notch so I'm not afraid to reorder this model. Super stuff!
So to sum it up: A high quality, high powered torch with a built-in charging port for £1.80? This is crazy bargain madness
