First Impressions
I bought these two torches because they promised to be both waterproof and shockproof. Ideal for the outdoors etc.
Both these little torches are fantastic value for money. The build quality is really robust and well manufactured. Rubber gaskets are present in the screw cap area so a dip in the local duck pond might not be a disaster.
Small enough to store anywhere and tough enough to take anywhere might best describe these torches.

Testing
You can't expect much in the way of lumens from a torch sporting a single AAA battery.  Making the most of very little voltage should be a tag line for these ebay sellers. The brightness radiated from this torch is surprisingly good for the meager amount of battery capacity. Not quite an Ultrafire SK-68 but this is only fixed focus.
Outside it does work well and would be of use if you needed it.

The Garden Bush test doesn't look too exciting from here

With a fixed focus lens, small lens diameter and single cell power this torch was never really destined to light up the whole garden bush. It's only really effective as a close work pocket key ring thing. Saying that, it's quite bright and it is waterproof.

Half an hour in a glass of water. Yep, fully waterproof!

Rating: ✅✅✅✅ 4 out of 5
For what it is its great. A very small, cheap, waterproof and shockproof torch which is small enough to keep anywhere and small enough to mislay and not be too bothered about. They seem quite capable and durable.
