First Impressions.
Opening the air mail pouch I thought "this seems a little light?" Thinking that I had been scammed I quickly tore it open expecting it to be full of air and nothing else!. There was a torch at the bottom after all.  I think this has to the lightest light Emitter I currently own? Yet it certainly isn't the smallest?! How bizarre.
The body of the Torch is made from a very light weight aluminium yet doesn't seem to be crap quality. Could it be aircraft grade? The rest of the device is good quality. The screw fittings are lubed and O-ringed. The rear clicky switch is pretty good. The main electronics are set well on the plate and battery connections are reliable.
The head of the Torch features the zoom housing which although a little stiff to operate at first, is actually quite precise. I can see this torch being reasonably waterproof provided the zoom head doesn't become loose over time.

Testing
When it comes to cheap Q5 diode and reflector combinations this model has one of the best I have seen. On Flood setting it throws a beam quite far and the projected circle of light is nicely defined with no spill at all.
With the zoom head all the way out the projected spot is a clear and clear cool white.
The clicky rear button is reliable and the zoom head swings in and out firmly but precisely. Overall this a great Torch for using outdoors.

Not that impressive on flood or so the photo suggests

The zoomed out spot is actually really good.

Waterproof? Yep! Half an hour in the Jug. No problem 👍

Really impressed with the waterproof capabilities of this torch. Half an hour and absolutely no leaks inside. Everything dry. No problems dropping this in a pond when outdoors.

Rating: ✅✅✅✅ 4 out of 5
In essence then we have a powerful torch which weights practically nothing and costs less than a fancy coffee in Starbucks. If you are the outdoors type who scrutinises every gram of weight you have to carry then this could be for you? Buy one. Get yourself an 18650 battery and charger and have a blast!
